This page explains how to raise a complaint, who handles it and how quickly. It follows the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Law enforcement agencies should write to the grievance officer on official letterhead. We respond to lawful orders within the time the law sets and preserve records as required.
